Upcoming Launch of Modernized Well Family System

Statewide SSO Validation: Action Required Pre-launch

The upcoming statewide launch of the Modernized Well Family System (WFS) —which includes modernized versions of CIR, the Home Visiting Provider Portal, and the Health Plan Sharing Portal—will have new user login requirements for all users.  To ensure a smooth go-live, user action is required in advance to set up system access, including Single Sign-On (SSO) requirements. 

Action Required: Validate Your Microsoft SSO Access 

All users must validate their Single Sign-On (SSO) access to ensure they can log in to the Modernized Well Family System.  Access is strictly a step to facilitate SSO login pre-launch. 

Please complete the following steps: 

  1. Go to: login.wellfamilysystem.com/Login 

  2. To align with current and standard security practices, the new login process will include a registered email and authentication method.   

  3. Users must have an authorized email registered with WFS to complete the sign-on process. Authorized emails are identified as an email address accepted and used as your primary email address used for official WFS business.  
    Existing and active (90 days) user email validation is in progress. 

  4. Users must choose an authentication method (either a passkey, authenticator app, or code sent via email). 

  5. If prompted, complete any security verification steps. 

  6. All user accounts will be set up to allow for Microsoft Sign-On (SSO) Functionality

If your SSO authentication gets you to the WFS Landing Page- CONGRATULATIONS! You have verified your SSO access and can close your browser. Please do not attempt to access beyond the WFS Landing Page:

If you experience issues signing in, please please email WFS Support with a screenshot of the authentication error. Completing this step ensures your WFS account is properly connected to Microsoft SSO prior to launch.
